Welcome to Marmar Markaz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Marmar Markaz mobile application. By using our app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Marmar Markaz, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have the legal authority to represent your business
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

2. Account Registration

Verification Requirements

• WhatsApp OTP: You must verify your phone number
• CNIC Verification: Valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back) required
• Business Verification: Electricity bill or proof of business location
• Accurate Information: All information must be truthful and current

Account Approval

We reserve the right to approve or reject any account registration. Accounts may be rejected for:

• Invalid or fake CNIC
• Incomplete verification documents
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Violation of these Terms

3. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate listings
• Use fake images or misrepresent products
• Harass, spam, or abuse other users
• Attempt to circumvent verification processes
• Use the app for illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts with the same CNIC
• Share your account credentials
• Scrape or copy data from the platform

4. Listings and Content

Your Responsibilities

• Accurate Photos: Upload real photos of your actual stock
• Honest Descriptions: Provide truthful product information
• Current Stock: Remove listings when items are sold
• Pricing: Set fair and competitive prices

Prohibited Content

Do NOT post:

• Counterfeit or illegal products
• Offensive or inappropriate images
• Copyrighted material you don't own
• Misleading or deceptive content

5. Transactions and Payments

Important: Marmar Markaz is a marketplace platform ONLY. We:

• Do NOT process payments
• Do NOT hold money in escrow
• Do NOT charge commission on sales
• Are NOT responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers

All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers. We are not a party to these transactions.

6. Fees and Pricing

Currently, Marmar Markaz is 100% free for all users:

• No listing fees
• No commission on sales
• No monthly subscription

We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with 30 days notice to all users.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on the platform.

Our Platform

Marmar Markaz name, logo, design, and code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform.

8. Privacy and Data

• Public Information: Factory name, phone, and listings are visible to verified users
• Private Information: CNIC images are stored securely and never shared
• Data Usage: See our Privacy Policy for details

9. Termination

We May Suspend/Terminate Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms
• You post fake or fraudulent listings
• Multiple users report your conduct
• You engage in illegal activities
• Your account is inactive for 12+ months

You May Delete Your Account

You can delete your account anytime from Profile Settings. This will permanently remove all your data, including CNIC images and listings.

10. Disclaimers

Marmar Markaz provides the platform "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do NOT guarantee:

• Product quality or authenticity
• Seller reliability or honesty
• Successful transactions
• Uninterrupted service availability

11. Limitation of Liability

We are NOT liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Product defects or quality issues
• Payment disputes or fraud
• Business losses or lost profits
• Indirect or consequential damages

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via push notification or email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in Pakistani courts.
